 We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase on all products that are in good working "LIKE NEW" condition. Shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser

Once we receive your package we will issue a refund. It can take a week to see the refund once the package is received. Products being returned for a refund to TAO must have been purchased from our website or retail shop. Products purchased from an outside dealer or private individual must be returned to those points of sale.
