When you collapse your rod, but you're not done for the day, a place to store your line while attached to the rod is essential. We here at TAO have tried all kinds of solutions and we always come back to these.They are simple, light and easy to install. They are very low profile so they stay out of your way while fishing. The standard way to mount them is with the "tabs" away from the rod. What many don't know is they can also be mounted with the "tabs" more flushed to the rod. Both methods are pictured.
